iWeigh®
The connected on-board scale
iWeigh fits trucks, trailers and tractor-trailers, including doubles, B-trains and heavy haul, on air ride or spring suspension. Each weight goes to the driver's phone, the truck's CAN bus and the Air-Weigh cloud as the truck loads.

The Industry's Most Advanced On-Board Scale Platform
Take weight data into your own hands! Our iWeigh® CAN bus and Bluetooth®-connected on-board scale platform was developed from the ground up for today’s tech-advanced vehicles. iWeigh® was designed for seamless connection and compatibility with our industry-leading LoadMaxx® series for both tractors and trailers. This new platform brings current LoadMaxx® fleets into the future by enhancing on-board scale functionality. Simply add an iWeigh® scale to a tractor or trailer, and it automatically pairs with the LoadMaxx® scale on the corresponding equipment to add vehicle weight and GVW. Our free app provides the fastest and most secure Bluetooth® connection in real time, allowing drivers to view weights from anywhere inside or outside the vehicle.

Where do I download the Air-Weigh App?
iWeigh® offers a free mobile app for Android and IOS devices. Simply go to the app store on your smart device and search for ‘Air-Weigh’.
What is the cost of the iWeigh® App?
The app is free.

How does iWeigh® work?
iWeigh® uses sensors to measure air pressure (for air ride suspensions) or a highly-engineered deflection sensor to measure micro-flexing of the axle group (for mechanical suspensions). By calibrating the system with known empty weight at time of the and known loaded weight, iWeigh® uses the saved calibrated data to accurately calculate and display the current weight of the vehicle.
The scale must be calibrated before use. iWeigh® can display weights in pounds or kilograms.
After calibration, simply view weights on the Air-Weigh app or through telematics. The weight data will update in real time.
How accurate is iWeigh®?
iWeigh® boasts industry-leading accuracy. For air-ride suspensions, it is 99% accurate (+/- 300 lbs.), while for mechanical suspensions, it offers 97% accuracy (+/- 900 lbs.).
iWeigh® displays weights in 20lbs. or 20kgs. increments.
How many sensors can iWeigh® accommodate?
iWeigh® can accommodate up to 3 air sensors and 4 deflection sensors at once.
Can I view weight information on my phone?
Yes, iWeigh® offers a free mobile app for smart devices . This app allows you to conveniently view weight readings directly on your compatible smartphone or tablet.

“With EVs, the cars are getting heavier. With every electrification point of a vehicle, it’s 200 to 300 more pounds vs. a gas version. A hybrid is 200 to 300 pounds more than the gas car and a full EV is another 200 to 300 pounds. That makes these scales all the more critical.”
Mike VanderPloeg Operations Supervisor

“We use Air-Weigh scales to ensure that we pick up a full load every time. In fact, the first big haul after we installed them paid for the scales! I also like the peace of mind of knowing we won’t get an overweight ticket.”
